Upscalling & Implemetation Details:

ADSSR received KES 6,813,000 in 2022 to implement a 2-year project titled ‘Disseminate improved goat management practices to reduce goat mortality, enhance productivity, food security and income among small-scale farmers in Narok County, Kenya’. The overall objective of the project is to farmers on goat management practices including breeding, reproduction, feeding, diseases control, housing, Kidding and use of quality production inputs.

The project is for 2 years and is ongoing, it is implemented in Majimoto Ward in Narok South & Siana Ward in Narok West Sub County. The project targets to reach 200 local breeders directly 2,000 pastoralists indirectly.
